charming stay near the university

warm room cute owner flexible service
I enjoyed a nice stay. the room was quite warm especially considering the weather. the owner was cute and flexible. I had breakfast served after hours because of an early meeting. it really charmed me.
i noticed a hole in the wall, which wasn't a good first impression.

convenient location clean room cute staff
The location proved very convenient. It was close to local activities and near the university. The room offered a clean and tidy space. I found the staff was helpful and cute. The breakfast includes great big english breakfast with really good value for money.
The TV didn't connect to channels. It needed to be fixed.

movie channels vegetarian option
My room included a TV with many movie channels I thought that was a nice touch. The breakfast included a choice of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options I found it very convenient.

adequate stay

double bed tea facilities basic accommodation bedside table light blinds
check-in was easy i checked in at the restaurant the room was on the ground floor it is basic student accommodation but adequate for my needs. the room had a double bed a wardrobe with drawers a desk a tv with the internet and tea and coffee making facilities
the room had only one bedside table there were no bedside lamps only light coloured blinds were on the windows. blackout curtains need to be fitted this would also dampen the noise of speeding cars late at night

basic amenities easy check-in poor service bad signal
the breakfast was good. the room had basic amenities and was clean (which i always appreciate). check-in was hassle free too.
i didn't get room service or new towels for my second night. the tv channels had bad signals, but there was an option of some other apps.
